Many of our customers have told us they want pest control AND they want protection against termites. Everyone knows that termites do BILLIONs of dollars in damage each year! So State Termite & Pest Solutions has the solution for you – Pest-Shield®

Protecting your valuable home is a simple process:

First, give us a call and schedule a FREE inspection to take a look at your property.

Second, after the inspection is complete and the property is found to be free of termites, the inspector will offer you a service program that will control pests AND continuously monitor for potential termite activity.

Here is the REALLY GREAT NEWS: If termites are found in the structure or in the monitoring stations during the period of your Pest-Shield® Service Agreement, we will perform appropriate termite control procedures AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU!

What we will do…
We will perform regular quarterly (every three month) services.

Your perimeter will be treated (when seasonally appropriate) for outdoor pests trying to enter your home.

During these services the outside monitoring stations will be inspected for termite activity.

These services are for outside monitoring and perimeter pest management, however, inside service may be performed during our visit upon request.

What you need to do…

First, sign the Service Agreement and give us your authorization to make periodic credit card debits.

Then, sit back and relax – you’re protected! If you require inside service during our visit, then of course you need to be home to let us inside.

And you need to know that services cannot be skipped or cancelled. We MUST inspect the monitoring stations quarterly to insure that termite control measures are implemented if necessary.

Automatic Renewal:
Because continued protection is so important, we will continue to monitor and treat the property indefinitely, and will continue to post charge card transactions unless and until the customer calls or writes us and terminates the service agreement.

Remember, if you cancel a service, or terminate the service agreement, you lose your precious protection against termites!
